Refunds & Exchanges
Here at The Levend Art we care about product quality and customer satisfaction, so if a product does arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at thelevendart@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery to best assess if you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Be sure to include a photo that clearly portrays the damaged product still in its packaging.
At this time due to COVID-19 we do not accept returns of opened packages, however, we are happy to exchange any items that are proven faulty. The exchange applies directly to the damaged item and cannot be used on other items available in the shop.
Refunds/exchanges do not apply to sale items, all sale items are final.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
